Snaapz support is offered on several levels to allow you complete flexibility when deciding the the amount of support you need.
Service agreements - covering support for hardware, operating systems, software or a combination of these areas.
Our agreements are simple, easy to understand and flexible.
Our standard labour only agreement provides you with:
- Call-out with in 8 working hours
- a Dedicated Project Manager
- Priority Response Time for Emergencies
- Quarterly Planning Session
- Annual IT Audit
- Reduced rates for additional work
- Monthly payments
- Cancellation by giving 30 days notice.
Telephone support - available to our service agreement clients.
When you want us - this is not subject to an agreement and you are free to call on our support whenever you need it. Charged at our standard hourly rate. Please contact us with your requirements.
